Each model is designed to ship flat, and all are optimized for rapid on-site assembly (three weeks) by our trained and professional crews. Our buildings are competitive with high-end, custom residential architecture, while offering superior performance and environmental features at a lower cost. Our designs offer large, bright and airy rooms and we offer a range of floorplans to best suit your needs. The OHOME is sold complete and fully operational, and includes every built-in appliance, fixture and finish – everything except freestanding furniture. In addition to single family homes, we also offer a variation configured for multi-family developments.
