EARN (Earned Assets Resource Network) helps low-wage workers break the cycle of poverty, pilots new asset-building tools, and champions asset policy in California. EARN is an award winning, nationally recognized nonprofit and is the nation's second-largest (and the single fastest-growing) provider of Individual Development Accounts (IDAs). Families can save up to $2,000 in their IDAs and receive a $2-for-$1 match of $4,000, for a total of $6,000 that can be invested only in a first home, post-secondary education, or to start or grow a small business.
